Our Experience
JBH Insurance Principal Brandon Hankerson is a Texas native, born and raised in Corpus Christi. He attended McMurry University in Abilene, TX, where he played football and started all four years on the offensive line.
Brandon graduated in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and worked in the mortgage industry before transitioning to insurance in 2012.
He has been nominated as one of D Magazine’s “Best Insurance Agents in Dallas” on three different occasions (2015, 2016, 2019) and has been nominated for the Five Star Professional Award for the DFW area four times (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022).
Brandon’s extensive knowledge of insurance products and his consultative service approach has garnered him a sterling reputation amongst peers and clients.
Outside of his career, Brandon enjoys time with his 3 year old daughter, Jalea, aka “Jelli Bean.” He attends Greater Ideal Missionary Baptist Church and enjoys freelance film work, live music events with friends, and travel.
